Bert,

Best wishes and many prayers for your surgery on the 15th. You

should feel some relief now, just having reached your decision,

and you surely have good fortune for being able to make a

proactive choice in your health care decisions.

We will be thinking of you next week and praying for a smooth

and uneventful recovery. Don't rush it and expect too much too

soon, be kind to yourself and to your body.
