Robin,

I am so sorry that you have been in the hospital. I am glad that you were

able to obtain some relieve, though. You wrote, " So, when the doctor was

discharging me, he said he didn't think I had CP, because my lipase/amylase

were normal, and

the CT scan didn't show any abnormalities " I know that you must be pulling

your hair out.

that these tests are not indicative

of Chronic Pancreatitis and should not be used to make a definitive

diagnosis. Hopkins should offer you some more recent research data.
