Heidi,

I completely understand where you are coming from. We sent one of our

nieces and nephews back home to ND at the beginning of the month and it just

seemed like an empty house without them. We have my 11 month old niece

living with us right now and anytime she goes home, which isn't often, I

feel so alone. Right now with the pain it has been so hard. I have been

waiting for over a week for to call me back from Dr. Hawes office to

let me know what he is going to do but haven't heard anything yet. I go to

my regular doctor there tomorrow and if I am still in as much pain as I have

been I am going to insist something be done because the stints aren't

working. I hope everything goes well at the symposium. I wish I could be

there too but right now I don't have the money to travel and I just don't

think my body could handle it right now. If I do go in the hospital, my mom

will let the list know. I had called about a feeding tube and like I

said I haven't heard anything from her so I hope to hear something soon.

so sorry to hear that your dad's kidney cancer is growing again. I hope

they manage to slow it again real soon. How are you doing? Don't run

yourself into the ground caring for everyone else. You need to take care

of you as well. Let us know how 's move went when you are able to

get ahold of her again.
