About what to graze on before bedtime?

It's a really good question, one that I would like to know

also....I've been eating Breyers' ice cream....a real healthy meal,

but the pancreas seems to like the milk in it! But I still wake up

most mornings with the horrible pain & then the greasy bowel

movements!!! I assume u have fat malabsorption too?? I'll ask my G.I.

tomorrow when I see her, but they seem to know nothing about the

nutrition end of this disease. Good luck finding something & please

let me know when u do!! Thanks,
