Thanks for sharing your experience and your words of wisdom regarding

eating. I only wish I could get my mother in law to read your email! I

nearly screamed today - Sian told me that she wants to stay the same size

she is now, just taller! I pointed out that as her bones grow, they will

have to get heavier or they will snap and she'll look like Harry's arm in

Chamber of Secrets! I wish I knew where this was coming from. At our house

we encourage eating, exercise and healthy (not skinny) bodies.
