Guest guest
Good Day Ethne! A quick message regarding a yeast infection. First, my credibility: I worked in the natural food industry for 14 years, I raised my sons organic and vegetarian their first two years and I have utilized homeopathic and herbal therapies for years. Now, as for the yeast infection, I know women who have found great succes by taking a high quality acidophilus product. This will replace the " positive " bacteria in the large intestine that has been stripped (usually by over-using antibiotics). Also, pure/unflavored, high acidophilus yogurt can replace the creams. One word of warning . . . it is cold! But that can feel good. I personally had a yeast infection after I was first married (honeymooner's disease) and utilitzed the above regimen and it worked for me. If you choose to research this approach, be aware that acidophilus can take a few months to build up in the large intestine. A natural food store who carries acidophilus in the refrigerator will have the most potent product. You will also find the best yogurt for this purpose. Good luck! Have a peaceful weekend.
