PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give me your email addresses and I'll email them to you tonight ASAP.You'll have the whole thing by the morning.It is in Microsioft Word format....IT includes the booklet on stating the group, The support group information packet for interested people , and a donation request form.I can also email you in JPG format a list of labels pre-made for YOUNGLUNG and business card layouts...you just need to send me your name,address,email addy,and phone number.Il then email you the sheets and you just have to go buy the cards ($8.00 for 150) and the labels ($8.00 for 150-200).
