Hello Everyone!

I'm hoping to get some advice here which I know you are all so good

at :) Wednesday the 5th we have an appointment to see Wyatt's new CF

Doc, Doctor Landon. We won't be able to meet the entire team the

first time but that's ok for now.

I may be starting a new job next Monday and hubby doesn't want me

to get out of work (IF I'm working) to take Wyatt to Dr Landon. I

personally TOTALLY disagree. Anyways, here's my thing. IF i can arm

Steve w/ a list of questions to ask then I'd fell better about

letting him take Wyatt. Soooooo, can you all give me some

advice/questions to put on my list of things that we should be asking

him for the first meeting ever? I never asked questions going into LA

Children's about infection control or any of those things and now I

wish I would have.

So anything, from infection control to new methods of treatment

would be greatly apprecited!!! Thanks ahead of time! :) Lots of Love,

Christy Mom of Wyatt 7wcf and Hunter 2.5 wocf

Christie,

Questions I would ask:

1. Are we able to contact you via email?

2. Can I email you relevant articles/web links etc?

3. Please details your infection control proceedures.

Maybe something about why this doctor chose to work in peds/cf, and what

sort of experience the doctor has had dealing with cf?

Thanks I will write these down for Steve. Also, I just wanted

to say to all of you in Australia every time I read what you write I

smile because I have a good friend I met in Hawaii who is from

Australia so I think of her and can picture you all speaking :)

Especially when you say " mum " :) Christy
