Diane,

If you search our PAI archives under " Antioxidants " you will find

several messages about antioxidant therapy for chronic

pancreatitis. I've been taking the antioxidant therapy for chronic

pancreatitis developed at the Manchester Royal Infirmary for over

a year and a half now, and really believe they have helped me.

This is a precise combination of Beta Carotene, Vitamin C,

Vitamin E, Selenium and Methoinine. I recently added Activin

(grape seed extract) to my regimen. During this time I've also

been taking additional supplements of folic acid, B1, B6 and

B12.

During my research on antioxidants, vitamins and minerals

helpful for pancreatitis, I have saved several documents

pertaining to the benefits of these. I'd be happy to send these

articles to you offline, if you wish. They are set up as

attachments in a folder I keep and I can't send attachments to

the message board. If you're interested, just send me an email.

BTW, that website is great...I've never seen it before, either, and

it's got lots of interesting articles. Thanks for sharing it with us.

With hope and prayers,

If anyone is using antioxidant therapy, I would love to hear your

experiences with it. I'm thinking about starting it.
