Guest guest Posted January 26, 2003 Report Share Posted January 26, 2003 When Ainslie started school I fully informed the teacher about everything (and have done to every teacher since) but I also made a point of talking to all the parents to try to make them aware of Ainslie's cf. It is amazing that people are interested in knowing more about cf when you mention it. But the phrase I always put in is " the common cold could put her in hospital for iv's " . This gets them thinking on their own without putting any pressure on them. When she has days off school I always get asked is Ainslie alright and it seems to have helped. Goodluck.
