I had an acute attack of pancreatitis in November, and have had symptoms every day since. I was told 2 weeks ago that this is now chronic pancreatitis. The only guidelines I've been given are to stay on a low-fat diet. I'm sorry to ask what must be a repetitive question, but can anyone tell me the best way to eat to live with this? minimum Diane Hosek
