If everyone read their medical records they would be livid also! I know in my own case, my doctor has repeatedly put in my medical records about uncontrolled vomiting. I am one of the few and probably the only one in this group who has never vomited with this disease! Not that I haven't wanted to but have not. One time I did when they gave me pain meds w/o nausea meds (they know better) and I vomited uncontrollably. Also, she has put in my records about vomiting blood! They make up this stuff to justify to the insurance companies some of the tests! What a racket. We have enough problems w/o more diagonses going on our charts that are not true. No wonder we can't get insurance! It is a common practice though in the medical field. I asked the office nurse and she told me they " have to play the game. " Yeah they play the game at our expense!
