Angie,

Doing it asleep sounds much better to me! I'll certainly give it a try.

Since the hand out we got from the clinic said not to do it after eating, I

didn't ever try to. I also thought I had to have her head much lower then her

hips. Well, doing it asleep would definitely help with lowers. She doesn't

seem to mind uppers, as I hold her over my shoulder.

so it seems like awake is our only option. She sometimes falls asleep,

though, after crying hard and getting exhausted. At least she's using those

lungs, huh? :)
