Since the hand out we got from the clinic said not to do it after eating, I didn't ever try to. I also thought I had to have her head much lower then her hips. Well, doing it asleep would definitely help with lowers. She doesn't seem to mind uppers, as I hold her over my shoulder. If I turn her head down after eating won't she vomit? She eats every 3 hours during that day, so it seems like awake is our only option.
