Aunt B,

The aircon. got fixed this morning while I was at work. It cost so much

next weeks pay will go to it. But like you said I'd pay anything. My

brother and I took the kids and my dogs to the beach tonight. My little

dog had another dog attack her. The other dog wasn't on a lead. I

didn't think much of it until a bit later his ear was bleeding. Why

don't people put them on a lead in a public place. The law says you

have to here, but who listens? Liam and my brother are asleep and

Eilish and I are still up. Can't wait for a cold nights sleep.

has gone away till tomorrow afternoon, crabbing with friends. He has to

be home for my annual Australia Day bbq tomorrow night, he's cooking it.

I can just imagine how bad it is with the temps going so high. When I

was

still in Houston, there was a heat wave--temps over 100 every day for 2

months.

The a/c went out (just overworked probably). After one day/night of the

heat, I had to go buy a window unit to cool off a section of the house

until

I could get the a/c unit fixed!!!

I think I would have paid a million dollars if that was what it took to

get

some cool in the house!!!!!

I hope your a/c gets fixed soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe you could get one of those plastic kiddie pools, put it in the

living

room and fill it up with cold water!!! Everybody could just lay around

and

splash water on themselves to keep cool. LOL
