Cheryl,

Thanks for sharing that you are currently under FMLA. Can you tell us a

little bit more about the experience of applying for it, any special things

about the form that would be handy to know, etc. Was your employer cordial in

transferring you to this status? Was this something advertised on the Human

Resources Bulletin Board?

I have read the FMLA as it reads in the act. Sometimes I start promoting

options that really don't fan out or have backslides.
