Re: Back in the Hospital

Hi ,

I'm glad to hear is home, we have at least another week in the hospital

and

2-3 weeks of home i.v.s She's having a hard time fighting this one, she's

lost 5lbs and her pfts have not improved much. Her friend went home

yesterday and the other one went home today so now she wants me there all

day, which is no problem with me, I was upset when she told to not come up

until after dinner because she wanted to eat with her friends. I know they

are not suppose to be together but they wear their masks and they understand

what each other is going through and I think at this age she needs this I

talked to the drs. and I think they feel the same.

It's 1:45 am right now, I just got off the phone with , she walked

by 's room and saw the bed empty, she's very upset. She's also

worried about Joe and so am I , his mother said that he is not doing well .

I'll have to get there before she wakes up this morning. It's ashame we

didn't meet each other, we are in room 5407 so we were so close. Maybe we'll

meet in the clinic one day soon. Take care, once again I'm so glad that

is home, it's a very sad time at the hospital right now.

together with (her mom is , Earth Angel) on yahoo

some times and chats.

I hope gets better real soon, they just hate those pic

lines and I don't blame them.

Hi ,

I didnt want to ask about , I knew it wasnt good, but I guess I was

hoping against hope that things would get better. I talked to Joe's mom a

little bit downstairs last week, I feel so bad, and so scared at the same

time. People say, " but is so far from that " I hope they are right,

but I know that CF doesnt give much notice when the kids are getting sick. I

am sorry to hear that is having a tough time fighting this one,

that is a long time on IV's, if she doesnt mind, and if she doesnt think its

to stupid, you know being a teenager and stuff, give her a hug from me and

, a get better soon hug I guess you could call it. I understand about

the kids talking and being together too, they have no one else who really

understands what they are going through except each other, and I am afraid

that wont be able to make those friendships since he has the MRSA, but

time will tell. How is Evan doing? I hope things are going good for him,

and yes I hope we get to meet together one day, are you going to the CF

education thing tonight in the Stokes Auditorium? If so, maybe I will see

you there. Have a good day.
