Guest guest
Hope this makes it's way on to you at your new home as I would like wish you the best as far as a definitive diagnosis. I'm still waiting for results of the electron microscope study of my muscle, and the genetic tests. Both Dr Schoffners office and Dr Cohens offices have contacted me about going there. Ohio is closer for me, but I would see an associate of Dr Cohen, not him. Do any of you know any of the other doctors in his office, and if they're good. If my outstanding tests yeild a diagnosis, I may not need to go to either, but I don't know yet. Also, if my outstanding tests do yeild a diagnosis, is there benefit to getting a fresh biopsy to get a more exact diagnosis? Would it change the suppliments given? Do I need to go to one of them no matter what to get the best treatment? It does seem the docs in this area aren't very familiar with these diseases or their treatments. Guest guest
Kim Suppliments are mainly trial and error. I wouldn't start anything without a docs approval, but some of the MDA docs could do this. I hope you get your computer on-line soon. laurie > Hope this makes it's way on to you at your new home as I would like wish you the best as far as a definitive diagnosis.
