renee,

I wouldn't advise getting pregnant so soon after WLS. 7 months

isn't that long and you are still in the actively loosing phase.

I was 3 years out from surgery and had a VERY EXTREMELY difficult

time nutritionally. Many have gotten pregnant a week or two after

their surgery and the baby (by God's grace) is born healthy, but

there are many in here who have suffered miscarriages as well as

premature births.

This is my own opinion and you will get many. It's a decison that you

and your spouse should make after thinking about all of the positive

and negative outcomes that you may have that may be increased or

enhanced because of your recent WLS.

Believe me, I understand about the bio clock.... mine was (and still

is) ticking away.... but I've got to get ME back to a much improved

nutritional state before attempting to get PG again (at 38?

aaccckkkk!) lol
