Spreading out doses of E and fish oils?

My guy is taking the typical 3 capsule sof ProEFA/ProEPA twice a day and also

one HIgh gamma 400.

I am interested in trying out a second E in the day. Do you give it at the same

time as the first one? He gets that very sticky, yucky tasting E in his smoothie

in the morning. I don't know how I would get a second one in him at another

point in the day. Thankfully I just poke a hole in the efa/epa and squirt them

in his mouth which he likes.

Is anyone giving everything all at once or in divided dose? Especially the E.

We don't know if one higher dose will work better than 2 doses

spread out. But you can try it. We are giving 800 iu at once (just

more than once a day...but long-term safety of doses > 1500 iu a day

is unknown, and should probably be avoided until more info is

available. But 800 iu at once is fine. -

Oh good! That makes like easier here giving 800 all at once.
