Guest guest Posted October 16, 2005 Report Share Posted October 16, 2005 I had blood work done a couple of months ago and my mom just recently sent the results to the nutritionalist to look at. The nutritionalist told my mom that I should be taking multi vitamins. Well these multi vitamins have iron in them, and I read somewhere that while it is not necessary to avoid iron rich foods if you have mito that you should not be taking something with more iron.
