Guest guest
HI Shelly, " I hope Laurie's ERCP went OK today " Wow - thanks for the nice wishes! I really appreciate it. I am getting ready to leave in about a half hour. So far no nervous butterflies but I am at the point of let's just get it done and over with. The not eating to prepare is not hard to do, but the not taking any pain meds is awful. I have started to reach for them then realized that it is a big no-no. I hope the anesthesiologists have something ready for me soon after I get there! I am looking forward to some unconscious time - just wish they didn't have to do it by IV (I have awful veins) Thanks again - hope you are doing well. Guest guest
Aw bless your heart, you are not alone!!!!!!!!! Tell us more about your son and his situation, can you? If he had the surgery I wonder why he is in the DBB. How long has he been in it? Can you tell us how it fits him, how wide his bar is? How many hours he is wearing it? Crying in pain is not necessary....the poor baby. Tell us some more and I bet we can start to help you figure it all out. ee, mother of two bcf boys: - NON Ponseti Method Club Foot Disaster Everett - Dr. Ponseti Success Story To Everyone Hi...my name is ...my son is 5 months....and he will not stay in his shoes at all always crying in pain....but he has had a surgrey already and both feet where completly turned backwards (anyone good tips please share)I have to say I am so glad I found this Chat site....I thought I was all alone. Guest guest
I find a lot of parents say surgery and they're talking about the tenotomy. Which of course is surgery albeit very minor and totally normal for Ponseti Method babies. I bet that's what she's talking about. I'll send her a copy of the tips document. It won't upload to the files section here, too full. Kori At 09:07 AM 2/24/2005, you wrote: >Aw bless your heart, you are not alone!!!!!!!!! > >Tell us more about your son and his situation, can you?
