Try Bariatric Advantage vitamins--they are made specifically for post-WLS

patients

www.bariatricadvantage.com http://www.bariatricadvantage.com>

If you need a consult to buy them you can use " Sequoia " which is my program

When I started taking them regularly--I got to stop my iron transfusions

Good luck!

The problem with Flinstones vitamins is they contain iron and calcium which

should not be taken together because they compete for the same receptors and

therefore do not get absorbed correctly. Iron should be taken separately.

I take the multivitamin and calcium with morning and evening meals and the

iron at lunch. I take the b12 on MOnday and Wednesday mornings.
