Guest guest Posted May 17, 2004 Report Share Posted May 17, 2004 The problem with Flinstones vitamins is they contain iron and calcium which should not be taken together because they compete for the same receptors and therefore do not get absorbed correctly. Iron should be taken separately. I take the multivitamin and calcium with morning and evening meals and the iron at lunch. I take the b12 on MOnday and Wednesday mornings.
