Guest guest
Hi, I have not been taking any B vitamins at all. I have been aware for a long time that you have to be careful not to throw your B vitamins out of balance by supplementing with one over another. Taking them all together is supposed to be the way to go. I also have taken B12 sublinguals at different times. Thanks Ann for the tip on the lavender cream. I seem to get some relief from showers for brief periods and only wish I had enough energy to take a couple of showers a day. Shower massage heads also have helped in the past. Sounds like no one is having much success with the nuero symptoms. I was just doing really well a month ago. No neuro pain, no muscle pain to speak of. It is amazing how quickly things can change. On the subject of the neuro pain. My neuro pain acts up when my diet is lacking important foods, also when my body is stressed from anything. I had surgery and had the worst neuro pain I ever had when recovering from that. In areas I never had it before. It lasted for months but as I got better, so did the neuro pain. Thanks Barbara for the creatine references, and for the name of the lower sugar electrolyte drink...where do you get Propel..a drugstore? Oh..and one thing I try to do is take a vacation for a day or two from any supplements I can do without once in awhile to avoid any buildups. Thank you all... :-) Adam
Guest guest
Adam Propel can usually be found next to the Gatorade in most stores. If sodium is an issue, Propel is lower in that as well. laurie > Hi, > > I have not been taking any B vitamins at all.
