Hi everybody,

My son is 5.8 years. He is not formally diagnosed as ADHD. He also has

language delay. Recently, he can't sleep well. He just turn over and

yawn for all night. I don't know what to do. Does anyone have ever

experienced this kind of situation?

For about the last month my 13 year old non-verbal son is waking up

around 3:00AM and is ready to seize the day. He is happy when he wakes

up and seems he's had enought sleep. He goes to bed fine around 9:30

or 10:00PM and falls asleep easily. Any suggestions to help keep him

asleep for the typical 7- 8hrs?

My son did this when he ate high phenol foods, or he had a yeast

overgrowth issue.
