Heaven's Very Special Child

I have been reading how some are feeling overwhelmed and such

lately.After I met Chrissy and Madison for the first time they in

turn came to our house for 's birthday. Chrissy had

brought a present for me as well-she gave me this wonderful poem

with a pic. of the kids together scanned on the bottom in a frame.

Her aunt had given her the same poem after Madison was born. Here it

is:

Heaven's Very Special Child

A meeting was held quite far from earth.

" It's time again for another birth " .

Said the angels to the Lord above

" This special child will need much love. "

His/Her progress may seem very slow,

Accomplishments he/she may not show

And he'll/she'll require extra care

From the folks he/she meets way down there.

So let's be careful where he's/she's sent,

We want him/her to be content.

Please, Lord, find parents who

Will do a special job for you.

They will not realize right away

The leading role they're asked to play

But with this child sent from above

Comes stronger faith and richer love

And soon they'll know the privilege given

In caring for this gift from heaven.

Their precious charge, so meek and mild

IS HEAVEN'S VERY SPECIAL CHILD!
