Guest guest Posted April 5, 2004 Report Share Posted April 5, 2004 So, I have finally gotten all of the testing done and all of the blood work has come back from the reproductive endocrinologist. he has started me on Glocophage and given me 10 days of provera so that I will get my period and I will be ready to start Clomid, than we will be doing IUI in 12-14 days after the Clomid. I have so may questions about the glocophage. I am wondering if anyone who is taking it or has taken it in the past can offer me some advice. 1. I am finding that it is making me go to the bathroom a lot. Not that I am complaining because I found that the biggest side effect from WLS is the constipation so this seems to be helping in that department. Also, the pharmacist told me that I need to drink a lot of water with the medication and I am not sure I am drinking enough. And I also fee like it is making my stomach a bit upset. did anyone else have any of these symptoms on this medication? also I could use some advice/ info on the IUI so feel free to jump in here as well...
