Guest guest
Steve That was the reason for my request. For those who are thinking of a different e-mail program, gmail sorts and groups messages and just stores all the extra stuff. Sometimes I get lots like above and usually don't remember to snip off the botttom, but I am trying. Others seem to be doing the same. Also, in gmail, if you change the subject line in any way, a new post without the trailer is sent, even if it is a response. That is what I am doing here. laurie > Steve, For me, using the Outlook " address rules " as you suggested to sort > mail has been by far the most arm-efficient method of reading group email, > better than digest or reading online.
