All I can tell you is that we have similar stats (I was 296 pre-op at 5'7 " ) and as big as I got while pregnant, I never got as big around as I was at 296 lbs. My existing stretch marks stayed frail white stripes and my (giant beachball) waistline remained about 5-6 " smaller than it was at my highest weight. I'm sure you'll be fine!
