Thank you for responding to my post. My son is being treated by Dr.

Holmes at Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City,

Utah.

I tried to go to the address you posted but it didn't work.

The address does not start with www so if you just go to mdorthopaedics.org you

should have no trouble finding it.

I just tried it as well from the link in my favorites and it doesn't come up.

It must be down for the moment. His number is . He's good about

calling you back if you have to leave a message. His wife Jean sometimes

answers the phone for him as well.
