De-hyphenation

Voice syntheses will read parts of words producing a somewhat choppy

reading. The reason for this is that when a word is broken or

hyphened across multiple lines it does not produce continuous

speech. It will read the first part of the word and then the next.

Cloneware has developed a way of de hyphenating words so that any

speech syntheses will work with it.

Word Pause

Cloneware has developed a new type of technology, which will allow

users to adjust the length of pause between words. In the past users

could only speed up or slow down the speaking rate. You can still do

that with scan and read pro, but now you can also adjust the pause

independent of the speaking rate. This will give user a chance to

comprehend the word that was just read.

Line and Word Spacing

Word and line spacing are now a standard part of scan and read Pro.

Users can now adjust the visual space between words and lines. This

will allow users to adjust the visual effects of the text to make it

easier for them to read. There is no limit to the amount of space a

user can put between words.
