CNS hypersomnolence

Anybody have this? I recently had a sleep study which

found upper airway resistance syndrome (UARS). I also

had an MSLT and I had hypersomnolence. My pulmo said

that my sleepiness is pathologic. He says that my

level of tiredness is much more significant than it

should be for my degree of UARS. He thinks that I have

CNS hypersomnolence. He wants me to take Provigil 200

mg in the morning. I tried it today and after about

two hours I felt a little better. But I had a huge

letdown about 3:30 pm and have felt worse than ever

since. I could have slept for the night at that point.

He said that I'm as bad as somebody with apnea and

narcolepsy even though I have neither. I did have one

central apnea though.
