Guest guest
Alison, I am so glad you posted this question. I have worried about the fertility issue for a long time. Kim, thank you for sharing the info from Dr. Stanhope. I think that I will ask to add that subject/question to the list for this summer's convention. Jodi Z. Guest guest
Jodi, Glad I am not alone! I honestly doubt Jake will be able to have a child due to the fact he had to have one testicle removed and the remaining one is very small. Every time we go to Dr. H she brings this up. His urologist didn't really give us a yes or no, but said, who knows where medicine will be in 20 years. Of course, I read between the lines and don't have too much confidence. Of course, this falls into the category of things I can not change, so I try not to beat myself up about it too much. .........thanks for passing the information on. Guest guest
Jodi We were told there could be fertility problems in later life. I'll send you the details privately. ne > Alison, I am so glad you posted this question. Guest guest
Kim, There has been a lot of discussion over the years regarding Hamilton and - oops, I forgot the name of the jockey. Too much champagne tonight, I guess. When Max was a baby and I had first started the Association for Children with RSS, I remember writing to them both, but they never replied. I guess we will never know... Jodi Z.
Guest guest
All, I was wondering the same too. Other questions come to mind such as were the offspring RSS and did the dads have any growth hormones as part of their RSS treatment? If growth hormones were used, for how long? Regards, Comrie Re: Male RSS fertility Alison, I am so glad you posted this question. I have worried about the fertility issue for a long time. Kim, thank you for sharing the info from Dr. Stanhope.
