is still having trouble with constipation!

Okay you guys. I know I had said something about this a while back

ago, but is still having trouble. Since we went to NY and Dr.

H pulled his j tube and put the g tube back in, he just can't seem to

poop. He will have little smears in his diaper, and it could be

little smears all day long, but nothing that amounts to anything.

When we were in NY he started this and Dr. H gave him Milk of

Magnesia. It did help him poop, but it seems to hurt him. He is in

major pain when he tries to release the poop. I mean, he cries huge

tears and screams some, too. It kills me to see him like this, so I

was wondering for an alternative. I know I have read about the

miralax (spelling). Can that be used for tube fed children and can

you remind me a little about it? I am pretty much desperate here. I

paged Dr. H's fellow, but they never called me back today, so I plan

on trying to call again tomorrow. I am very worried about him, and

worry about his bowels. Can they stop working or fail him since he

isn't pooping right? Please help!!
