hey Amy,

Thanks for the reply. We have two g-kids, Aidan is 3.5 years old, and then,

of course, that just turned two. They share a bedroom at my house.

The room is small, only 8x10. We currently have a crib, but Aidan REALLY

bulks at sleeping there, and she sleeps here at my house much more often

than does. She has a toddler bed at her mom's house, so we

considered getting a toddler bed for their room here, but couldn't come up

with any way to keep in it. (we cannot fit both a toddler bed and

the crib).

When I have both of the kids, we put Aidan to bed between 8-9pm, let her

fall asleep, and then move her into our bed before we put down.

(Aidan's mom picks her up after work, between midnight and 1am, so she isn't

sleeping with us all night.)

I can totally sympathize with the pooped comment! LOL Aidan is an early

riser, and is a night owl. Not a good combination! ;} I just thought

that maybe some other parents, here on the list serve, might have been

through this, and found a way to get their kids to bed at a reasonable time.

I wouldn't trade our time with , for a good night's sleep ever, but

it would be nice to be able to get him to bed at a reasonable time. After

all, I AM a g-ma, and I'm getting old! LOL

Thanks for letting me know we're not alone!
