Amy,

Hi. has a little assymetry in his face, according to Dr. H.

But, not real noticeable yet. One thing that is noticeable, though,

is that his left eye is smaller than his right eye. It almost looks

like a lazy eye. It is just not as open as the right eye.

also has assymery in his mouth. Weird.

That is very cool about Avery's name. :o) How neat. I also thought

it was ironic with 's name. It means STRONG. And that he is.

He has made it through so much and has been so strong. How fitting

these names are for our kids! :o)

Take care,

Jodi R.

Hi Amy,

Just thought I would chime in. My son, Storm, has assymetry in his

face also. (Actually his whole body, although it is opposite arm and

leg. Right arm bigger and left leg bigger)His chest is even

assymetrical as one nipple is higher than the other! It is not

horribly noticable, no one ever points it out, although they do point

out his small stature. It's just a part of RSS and who he is. And as

for his name, it speaks for itself!

Happy Holidays everyone!

My daughter, Abby, age 5, also has this. Her whole left side is

smaller than her right in pretty much the same proportions. The left

eye sometimes looks like a " lazy eye " as a couple of others have

mentioned.

Holy Moly- I have really been noticing Pippins eyes are getting

quite noticable with the asymitry. I'm the only one who really sees

it so far, but it is much more noticable since she's loosing

her " infant look " .
