Guest guest
Jake had his bone age x-ray done yesterday and the radiologist was a little surprised by it. Jake's bone age was delayed (no suprise here), but the radiologist said in the hand he has a bone age of around 2 years eight months (he is 3 years 10 months old), but his wrist shows to be around the age of a 1 year 4 month old. Has anyone else experienced this? The radiologist felt the severe wrist delay that didn't match the hand delay could be an indicator that his forearm wouldn't develop. Of course, we have the x-ray and will bring it with us to Dr. Harbison at the end of the month, but just thought I would see if anyone has experienced this? Guest guest
Hi Alison- I don't have an answer for you but I will be anxiously awaiting the others' responses. I have been concerned for a long time that Dominic's arms are not developing like his legs are. His legs are nice and meaty with a little bit of thigh muscle. But his arms are so small. I am sure someone will have an answer for you. F. > Jake had his bone age x-ray done yesterday and the radiologist was a little > surprised by it.
