We buy the sweet potatoe bread which is made with no yeast and is quite light and airy. They make many other breads, muffins, bagels with diferent flours which helps with the rotation diet. I also order the tapioca flatbread which makes a great pizza crust. Take out of freezer, add Prego spaghetti sauce, grate toffutti mozzarella cheese slices and voila, a great pizza. He loves it. Be aware, the wait for the order is 5-4 weeks Their number is . Leave a message if noone answers and they will call you back.
