Guest guest
I've read recently that increaseing Vit. D is good for immune system and colds. My Doctor takes 2 grams of C year round because of her exposure to illness. I'm wondering if any of you increse supplements for you kiddos during winter months to help ward off colds. If so what do you give? Thanks, Diane
Guest guest
Hi, I began giving my 3 yr. old son Vitamin C last fall . He's had only 1 mild cold which cleared up fast. I give him 2 chewable tablets a day. The name of it is " Rhino Ester-C " by Nutrition Now. It's cherry flavored. Two tablets give him 100 mg of C, and 12 mg of calcium.
