My daughter who we adopted from China at 10 months has a speech delay. We have been seeing a speech therapist since she was 18 months old and now she is seeing a speech, OT, EI, and is in group therapy. Her main issue is she speaks no words. She will attempt to make the initial sounds but gets very frustrated. We use sign with her which has helped with frustration. We also have a appt with a pediatric Neuro soon. My question is that I have been giving her 1/2 teaspoon of Nordic Naturals Children DHA for about 2 months. I am wondering if it is strong enough for her and maybe I should be increasing the dose or using another product. I would love to hear from others who might have some ideas.
