Guest guest
There are stages you can follow on the pecanbread.com website. However, they are not set in stone. When you introduce new foods, it is better if you try just one at a time in small amounts with a few days in between. It would also help to have a food diary and write down everything you eat and the symptoms you get. Most people on the diet find it difficult at first to eat raw fruit and vegetables. It is best to deseed and peel them and cook them. Everyone is different, so you’ll have to try different things. But the stages are pretty good. Hope this helps, SCD 22 mths Are there any particular steps I should follow when introducing new food? Ive been basically just trying different receipes from the book and variations of legal foods. Any Advice?
