Aw, that's a little far from me, not familiar with those areas. I'm in north

Jersey. But, the good news is that up here, everything is so high, I was

going to warn you about payment shock. Even with home prices the highest

they've ever been, it's still cheaper to buy than rent around here. At least

you'll be with family.

Tara, you have my greatest sympathy. I guess I'm in a lot better shape than

you are! I don't have kids, and I own my house, and most of my family is

within 120 miles, and Fred's family is all right here. That makes me count

my blessings.

I'll be thinking of you...
