Boy Reba and Deb, the memories ar coming back. My DH was underground in the

Missile silos for weeks at a time, then home for two, then gone. You guys

really put it well. One of my friends said during the times her DH was

deployed, she ate to make up for the lack of sex. I said, oh, then when he

comes home, you're not going to eat for a while--right?> meaning who is going

to have the time, since everone will be acting like bunnies. We always said

we should have a seismograph to measure the shock waves the first few nights

the guys came back home. I swear, some houses moved right off their

foundations and shimmied down the street...(grin)

love,

Ceep,

You always knew the wives of the ones that had just come home...not

seen to often the first week; kinda walking around in a daze; and

walking kinda funny! Maybe a little to much info, LOL! But such

gooooood lovin'!

Just Grinin' From The Memories!

Reba in Auburn, AL

PS: To make this on topic...you could loose a cool 5 lbs that 1st

week, too! Not much eating going on and plenty of exercise!

Lyn, he can have my husband's job! <BG> He is/was a federal employee, and

believe it or not, since he was called up and transferred to another

battalion, his job may not be there when he gets back, because it requires

that he be in the Guard, assigned to HQ batt. And he's not assigned there

anymore. If they fill his slot in HQ, he can't transfer back...It's all so

complicated!

I think of that every time I hear someone say their loved one has been called up

-- NO! Take mine! Leave hers at home where he needs to be!

Hugs...
