Guest guest
Hi Deb, I just tried the whey stack and it didn't do anything for my hunger. The Proscore100 is thicker and seems to satisfy me more. Of course I've only had one whey stack and probably shouldn't form too strong an opinion. Also the PS100 does curb my cravings .... not sure about the whey stack as today's been a pretty good day and didn't have any cravings yet. Guest guest
Thank you, Lynnie, for taking the time to respond. I still do not know why the shakes make me hungry and do not curb the cravings. Here is the formula I use for my shakes: 1.5 cups of ice 1.25 cups of water 1.5 scoops of Whey Stack Chocolate 1 Banana All blended together to get a smooth, creamy texture. Make a tall glass full and I drink it in a time span of 5-10 minutes... Someone wrote me privately stating that the banana may at the root of the problem, while another wrote that ice -- even though crushed in the blender -- would add more air and thus make me " feel " hungrier sooner... I truly do not know where the answer lies. Anyone else out there -- -- Anyone -- want to " weigh " in on the merits of my shake? Thank you again, Lynnie, for taking the time to respond. I look forward to hearing from others... Deb
Guest guest
I'd shoot the banana, too. I'm so predictable. Thanks, Vitalady, Inc. Guest guest
Hi Deb.........I was thinking the same thing about the banana. As far as my body is concerned it would treat a banana as a " simple " carb....way to high in sugar for me. This would definitely make me hungry before my time, and I would probably " dump " from it!!....I would try it without the banana and see what happens. I just mix my whey stack with 4 oz fridge cold water....It is pretty thick and does the job. I usually eat real food about an hour later.... P.
