I often think I live in a different world than the rest of the people in this group. In my world, managers work really hard, bend over backwards to be considerate and fair, move heaven and earth to retain and attract good or even mediocre employees, and put up with an incredible amount of grief from said employees. In my last law firm, Secretary 1 began complaining that Secretary 2 was farting too much. I told her it was not really something we could control. She continued to complain, eventually going to the head of the firm. I was ordered to deliver first a verbal then a written counseling for the woman's excessive gas. Now, did I know that this was a petty disagreement between these two women over a completely unrelated issue - yep. Could I convince either one of them to behave like adults - nope. In the end, the farting woman was so angry she trumped up a claim and went on on workers comp (a claim wihch we also know was not true, but were helpless to do anything about). Often, what an employee is complaining about is not the real problem.... (Last year I resigned my manager position after 15 years and went into a technical position - I have never, ever been happier in my life to get away from this stuff. Really made me see the very worst in people) Kate
Guest guest
There is a spray sold specifically by a WLS person that really " eliminates " a great deal of the odor -- I think we are more " fragrant " than the standard person -- I've used the one called !X-O Plus in public and friends houses bathrooms with great results... for neutralizing odor the other I like is the " Lemonate " because they make it in 3.5 oz which is " handy " in your pocket or purse and does leave a clean scent in my trail ~smile~ hugz, ~denise )ô( https://www.paypal.com/refer/pal=5ANS6MHB8RHCQ
