Guest guest
Personally, I don't count calories either. Just try to keep track in my head what I'm doing. I have found when I am diligent with my shakes, and I'm working hard at being more diligent, I find I don't graze or crave and that I don't get hungry in between. I guess the protein holds me until I'm ready for another shake or something to eat. I am having terrible problems with my teeth right now too. Sensitive to heat and cold. chewing, anything. So sometimes the thought of a cold shake turns me right off and I'll drink room temperature water. Good for my hydration whoas, but not getting the protein in that I need. Have to get back to the dentist, but the thought of that right now is turning my stomach. When I can think about it rationally, I will go back. Last year was a long year.
