the embarassing gas question

If I know I'm going out for an evening, I won't eat anything

carbohydrate/sugar at all for about 24 hours previous... then don't drink

anything caffienated at all that day. I know it can be kind a production to

prepare for a night, but eating starchy food really seems to make the problem

worse... and drinking coffee or diet coke? A very bad idea for me. I waited

once to drink coffee until after dinner on a date at the guys house, and

ended up in his bathroom... wishing I could crack a window (or crawl out of

it). If I have a date, I do this, and I almost never have gas (even if I

drink a beer). I've been thinking about the devrom, but it's kind of

expensive for my budget. Anyway, just my experience,
