Separate your doses into no more than 500mg at a time. 532mg magnesium --------------------------Are u taking it with your calcium? It should be 50% of the elemental calcium mg's in the calcium citrate. U should also be taking 200iu Vit D3 for every 500 mg's elemental calcium. 20mg zinc --------------------------U could up this a bit, to 30-50mg, not more than that 2000mg C w/Rose hips --------------------------All at once? Split it into 4 doses. U don't need the rose hips, but if u like the idea and don't mind the extra expense, it's not a problem. 400IU Vit E (water soluable) --------------------------along with 200mg selenium, I hope? 4000mg Evening Primrose Oil ---------------------------this is oil; I don't think we absorb much, if any 2000mcg Biotin ---------------------------how are your nails? hair? 4 Tums a day ---------------------------WHY? This is just more calcium carbonate, and you're already taking 1400mg of that a day. This is not an effective source of calcium. Do u take it for some other reason? And I'm taking 2 Nioxin Recharging complex...It has niacinamide (25mg), folic acid (200mcg), biotin (200mcg), d-calcium pantothenate (25mg), zinc chelate (25mg) and various herbs. ----------------------------Nothing too problematic in the above, except maybe the zinc: it all depends on how much TOTAL of these you're getting in a day. Add these values to the ones in your multi-vit and other stuff to see where you stand on totals. I also have a question for Vitalady, or anyone else that may know....what about Coral Calcium? ---------------------------Forget it, if your intent is to prevent osteoporosis. It's on a par with calcium carbonate. Carol A
