Glad this is over!

The last time I posted I was frantic about how much I was able to

graze and how aggravating it was to be hungry every hour. It felt

like the " old days " . Well, my period came with a vengence after

being non-existant for 4 months. My poor husband...every single

thing bothered me, things I have never even noticed. He sounded

like Archie Bunker when he said, " OMG are you going thru that woman

thing again! " . Guess I will run try that wild yam cream everyone is

talking about as I have no desire to go the synthetic hormone

route. Anyway...It was making me crazy with food issues and I

didn't even know what was happening. Now that it is over I am back

to " normal " and eating my small portions 6 x's a day including my

shakes without any problem and even lost a pound.

I have to admit those two weeks were weeks from hell. For those of

you going through the same thing, be aware that it will cause havoc

with your appetite and cravings. At least I feel more in control of

things (at least for now). Knowledge is power. I was so immersed in

the mood swings and craziness that I couldn't figure out what was

happening.

Whew...glad to be back from the land of raging hormones!
