I just have discovered this in the last 2 years, mainly by having life-saving

surgery, and thereby interrupting my eating patterns for several weeks and

having an almost complete cessation of back and joint and hand and hip pain.

II find that potatoes, milk in coffee, corn and other things 'thicken' my

bursas and cause nerves to scream and aches to come, and stiffness to stay.

When I stay away from these, I am ok to excellent.

I would suggest to you what is called an elimination diet, meaning eat only

one food (I would recommend protein shakes) for several days, then add one

more food, then anoher, and really truly pay attention to how you feel.

I have stopped eating anything that makes my heart race; white rice, white

bread, white flour, even rye and dark flour cause probs if I have more than

just a tidge. etc. (I prefer my heart to race over other things, and often,

but it involves silken things and some contortions and etc. (grin))

This was one of the big signals, the slightly sick feeling and heart pounding

just for a few moments or minutes. I have stopped eating chocolate except for

the kind I get Dr. Diet dark choc from vitalady that is made differently and

metabolized differently by my body, and does not make my heart race.

Anyway, hope this gives you some new ideas. It was the puts during the time I

couldn't figure out why I could hardly get out of bed or up and down the

stairs, or even get up out of a chair. For a while, I thought it was getting

cut open that 'cured me. " Then I realized it was a complete change of diet in

which I was essentially eating nothing but air.

love,

ceep
