Guest guest Posted February 4, 2003 Report Share Posted February 4, 2003 For Fitday.com -- I too used it for a while to sort of " track " what I was doing and most foods have to be " customized " and I found a great " work around " -- fitday.com does NOT measure SUGAR GRAMS and I DO -- ok, so what you do is put the sugar grams into the alcohol part and just doing that a few days I caught on really fast to remember to do that... the alcohol shows up on all the charts and stuff and you'll just know in your own mind that it is actually SUGAR GRAMS not alcohol.
